All clients / model must agree and abide by the following policies and procedures

Coaching Fees:

1. Full Payment must be made before the session date to confirm training.
2. Runway training will not be confirmed until the full payment is made.
3. A confirmation email will be sent to the client / model confirming booking date, time, location and any other information if needed.
4. If a model arrives late for a session they will not be compensated for the time lost.
5. Coaching sessions must be confirmed a week prior to coaching unless otherwise stated by Jessica Gregory.

Cancelation Policy:

1. In case of a cancelation, Jessica Gregory requires 48 hour notice via email with a confirmation from Jessica confirming your notice was received prior to the time of the booking.
   
2. In case Jessica Gregory must cancel an appointment, a 24-48hour notice will be given and the model can rebook or a refund will be provided 3-5 hours after the booking date.
   

General Policies:

1. Jessica Gregory and the rental studio are not responsible for any loss or stolen belongings or any belongings left behind.
   
2. No food or drinks are allowed in the studio except water.
   
3. Jessica Gregory and the rental studio promote health and safety and attempt to reduce any possible injury: however Jessica Gregory and the rental studio of choice will NOT be held liable for any injury that may arise out of, during, or in the course of your attendance at the studio and during training.
   
4. All runway coaching techniques, information and videos create and designed by Jessica Gregory during and after coaching cannot be used or recreated to coach others.
   

I acknowledge that I am agreeing to the above information and the liability policies below:

1. I am assuming all risk of injury, loss or damage with respect to the equipment, the activity I will be participating in and the use of the premises and facilities;
   
2. I am waiving any and all claims arising from any cause whatsoever.
   
3. This agreement is valid from the time this agreement has been signed.
   

***Please note that ALL photos and video footage taken during the Runway Coaching Sessions may be used on Jessica Gregory’s Website, flyers or social media outlets***

I have read, understood and agreed to the policies and procedures outlined above. I hereby declare that the information contained in this agreement is true. I understand that false information presented here may disqualify me from future coaching with Jessica Gregory and may lead to legal action.
